Can someone tell me how to spawn those changing animation mdls or npcs
or isnt there a way?

You need to attack them with a crowbar or something.

umizuri_i is in the mod and I expect umizuri_j or w/e to be released with the next version.

So k, can you give me a list for the npc dynamic models
and how you script sequenses :?:

Use model viewer or hammer, to look at a models properties.

And I suggest you look at a prefab in hammer or read a tutorial about scripted sequences. But please note that scripted sequences there are many ways to play npc's actions/animations. Choreography scenes etc are more complex.

To see animations in hammer you need to browse the model in hammer and click on the tabs to see the models properties.
