Simple enough, this is the HL2 beta HEV suit. I edited the texture coordinates and mesh slightly so it would fit on the version of the texture included with the mod. It's just a little cosmetic thing I did because seeing the jumbled mess that was the normal HEV was starting to annoy me.
Being beta content, it goes by the rules the grand majority of beta content goes by: Get it, use it, abuse it, eat it, I don't care, just don't sell it. Enjoy.
