I finished working on the specularmap and the phong thing (which I used for the first time...). Also I don't think that the normalmap is very bad. The only thing that still has to be corrected after resizing the texture is the UV map at some points, but I'd like you to have another look at the model. Please tell me what you think could still be improved.

New version: actually it looks the same, but i reduced the texture resolution from 1024² (which i forgot to change earlier) to 512², making some uv map corrections necessary, but it worked out pretty well i think.
so here's the new link for those who want to use this model instead of the default missile:
