Fixed G36c world model (+NPC usable)

Since im currently in the process of getting into 3ds max (which im doing much better at than i did with xsi), I decided to fix the g36c world model, i also made it usable by npcs while i was at it.
Note that npcs will only be able to use it on servers that have this updated version installed. The model however will show up correctly in the players hand no matter if the server has this installed or not.
