need help installing obsidian!Badly

when i put the rar file in sourcemods i go to steam login and the games not there.Dont know what to do help! ive here alot of good things about this mod and i really wanna play it!

Open the rar and put the folder inside into Sourcemods and it should work

You need a program that can open zip/rar/ace files. Google winace or winrar.
