That's right, fallout 3's sdk is finally out, I personally will get right on the task of my making my own personal vault.

I'm not even gonna bother after Oblivion. I spent a whole month converting the Lighted Cities at Night mod to work with Open Cities mod, played Oblivion for a few days then got bored and realized how much time I had wasted doing such.

Plus, you can't play Fallout 3 after you beat it, which makes modding personal areas kind of useless. Yes there is a mod to let you did so, but it can't get around the game's design, which was meant to not be playable after the end game.

Yes, you can play it as many times as you want.
What he means is, that you can't keep on playing after you finished the game.
