Some really weird thing just happened to me on the phone.
I went to call my mom, but instead of someone answering, it just kept ringing, and the answering machine didn't come on. So I thought "I'll just let it ring, maybe she'll hear it." And so I did. It rung for about a minute and then is stopped. And out of nowhere I hear a female voice yell "BATTERIES!" and then the line went dead. And when I called my mom a second time and she picked up, she said the phone did not ring the first time.
THEN WHO WAS PHONE!?
(I'm not normally one for memes but it's actually relevant this time)
But seriously, what the hell? Batteries? Ghosts be hauntin' mah telephones.
A friend of the family got a cold call from a saleman while arguing about sandwhiches. The sales guy hung up when the phone was answered with a barrage of words about cheese.

No, it was the right number. I pressed redial and my moms number was the one shown.
Well, the only logical theory is that the previous woman who lived there was trying to get batteries when she tripped and died. Her ghost haunts the house to this day, still trying to get batteries.
