I don't get the vista hate. I'm using vista and have been for the past 2 years or so and I'm very happy with it. It's only bad or obsolete if you're an idiot.

I have been using it for the past year and all it does it window hang on me whenever I close a fullscreen app and there is no apparent solution for it

Vista needs to be on an Expensive 64 bit system with a load of ram if you want it to be at a normal speed.
