OK.

I have this problem with Deus Ex. IF it is a problem.
Everything close to me is green as if seaweed is stuck on it. And if I walk away from it, it turns back to normal texture. Very strange AND annoying. How do I fix it?

Projectedtexture does not work right:

Only can be one of them.
Do not light view models.
Shadows are capped.
Does not parent.

Ah, he was saying how it caused problems rendering the projectedtexture on ropes that result in a crash.
