Sure, I'm currently not happy how it looks like, but I reworked some parts from the map already.

I haven't done any detailed mapping, just the default stuff to work on. I will even have to redo 3 rooms, so that the sizement is correct.

Anyway, I will continue work on it, so that I can release it as fast as possible, but that it will look good.

Throw some roof supports and use acouple different textures to add color here and there.
Add some grates on the floor covering pipes or something, add some vents etc.

Just have a regular heli and change the npc model to the hl1 opsrey. Be sure to include it with the map though becuase I dont think its included with the mod.

Hi there.

I have re-started working on the map, took some screens from the HL1 SC Version and take those as reference pics. I have already recreated the spawn room and the room next to it, made my own shelves (dev-textured) and now im working on the doors, scripting and the main room, then on the main hall.

About the Osprey Helicopter:

A friend of mine will do a high-quality version from it, completly new modeled.

It will be done in around 2 or 3 days, then I will show of some screens from the map as well.

wow, thats looks very nice! I can't wait to play it, when it is released! I can see this becoming a classic :P haha

The Screens from the first post are already outdated. I finished the main corridor so far and the outter part, looks way better now. I have used way better textures for walls, ceiling and floor.

I have created 2 shelves(maybe just temp. ones) in the room next to the spawn room.

Currently I'm working on the second part of the map.

Next to this:

I have re-worked the whole Main Room, where you activate the Teleporter. It looks cool( imo ).

I extracted a few sounds from HL1, merged them and now they are in the map.

I will post some screens during the day again, to get you updated, how the map looks like now xD.

INFO:

Working on the Outter part(detailed stuff)
Working on the second part of the map (main mapping, detailed mapping)
Working on the main things like Scripts and NPC's.

Thanks for the tip Power-Mad.

Just as an info. Currently I compile the map with fast vvis lightning all time. The public beta and the final will be compiled with full vvis xD etc.

Haha, thanks ^^.

The current look is not good, thats correct. I'm working on this, but for now I'm working on some ownage scripting, that will improve the gameplay and the ambience a bit.

Just wait ^^
