Simple question.
Where to purchase a server (off some game server site) for this mod?

You're best bet is too approach game server hosts local to where you want your server and emailing them with inquiries.

I know that there are/were some hosts in the USA & UK that used to host previous versions, though of the top of my head I couldn't tell you their names.

I asked UKGame.com and they now host OC servers, just waiting to get mine.
