The server says:

I can see the game on the internet servers but when I try to connect I just get "Connection failed after 4 retries".

Anyway TESLA-X4 and me have come so far that I can host succesfully but when I'm hosing I cant join any obsidian games, I will just get "Connection failed after 4 retries". Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Solved! Bypassed it by first hosing a server with the port 27015 than another server at the sametime with the port 27011 than closing the server with the port 27015. So after that I could join my own or any other games!

Make sure you are running the Server as Administrator.

- Right click on the srcds.exe shortcut and click run as administrator -

I can confirm that the new CSS dedicated server files aren't compatible with obsidian conflict. So you'll need two seperate srcds installs if u want to run both.

This fixed my problem with "array prop (null)" but now i have another problem that it wont list on the Masterlist. Binarys are orangebox(hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game orangebox -dir ./ocs) and obsidian conflict version is 1.35(according to the installer name).
Still it says

thats because of the hl2dm updates, your version number is wrong.
go to you obsidian server folder orangebox/obsidian, and open steam.inf with notepad or something and remove everything else expect 'appID=218'
