How to install the game????

Is there any tutorial where i can see how to install this game?
I have steam installed...with Hl2:DM , Hl2 Lost coast on it.

i dont think OC works with only those two games.... you need either hl2 or css (or only hl2)
(but you will not get nearly the full experience of OC without hl2, css, ep1, ep2 and lost coast)
since OC is hl2 mod, not hl2dm mod.

dude..i`m trying to install it on my brother's steam.

On my steam i am able to play this game and i don't have hl2 nor css

here's what i have on my steam and i am able to play the game properly if i install it right now on this pc (it might be because i have installed day of defeat source?? ) :

so, whats the problem then? you said it works on your steam, so i assume you have installed it before and know how to install it?
like, how does it not install on your brothers steam? you arent giving really any info of what the problem is.
but answering the original question, i can only say that download the installer and install it.
(if your brother doesent have any source games, like dod:s, hl2 and episodes, css etc etc..and only has hl2dm and lost coast, i dont think it will work) (im very limited on what i can say to help because of limited info you give)

Source 2007 base, is all you need. Though as stated, you'll miss out on 75% of the mod.

Yes, DoDS grants you access to SDK Base 2007 while those free game don't.
