Player crashing servers on join

Hi, some of my friends and I were on paysan_b11 and we got pretty far, and a player named "z-man" connects and srcds instantly gets a error and crashes. He didn't only do this once, but twice. Both on paysan. I forgot to save the error... sorry. But I do have a srcds crash dump file, which I assume is just as good. If he does come back I will screenshot the crash error, but I think I remember seeing "Host:overflow" as part of it... In the mean time HERE is the file.

Not sure about this but, I used to host servers and remember seeing this from time to time. I think it's from lack of bandwidth or something

^You took the trouble to download the dump file and examine it, but you havent relly explained to the guy anything.

I'm just trying to point out that its not really nice when people take the time to upload a dump file, they get a one word reply.

go ask valve if you want to know more about it so badly...

Well you could of said:
Its a crash related to the engine and therefore you are unable to decifer the cause of the crash as you do not have direct engine access.

well is it that hard to use the brain a bit to add 1 and 1 together ( HL2 Mod + Engine.dll = no access for Mod Dev )?
