The Lily Rain model is 100% free to use with the only condition of not using it for commercial issues.

The rest are fan-made models, so i don´t know what model do you refer.

he means hanging, not moving. the breasts are hanging.

The original model have that form.

Also, is possible that they have a bit more hanging due the side effects of jigglebones (look Kit Ballard for understand what i mean, i don´t how to fix it).
