I have this error when I run my game, even after complete reinstallation and with a complete deletion of the existing files. (This error appears when I activate one or the mods options.)

That error tells you that one of the games that you have mounted needs verificate their cache, in this case, EP2 (AppID=422).

After doing that it should work now.
