About banning or votekicking annoying/disturbing players

i know this will not make any sense:

i have seen many players that're annoying and disturbing, such as 3Dollarbill. He keeps on saying "no" and "ganbare" on this face-thingy server. the other players, including me, wanted to make him quiet. But he keeps on making the sounds. If someone is an admin in this Nya server (i named the face-thingie server), please either kick him or ban him. All of us players dont want to hear his annoying sounds.

i have found another annoying player: ♪ Soft ♪
he has been making "no" and "ganbare" sounds in the Nya server, just like 3DollarBill did. but, he's saying these bad chats, like "lets play dicks". I'm just guessing, but i think ♪ Soft ♪ and 3DollarBill are friends. Maybe, maybe not. so please: do something quick, Nya admins, or we'll have to suffer these sounds!

As for the sounds, you can mute them yourself.Escape key, then you go in Mute Players.As for admins, I'm pretty sure you may not find them here, I hardly play the server unfortunately.

well, it works...but that doesnt stop on what they will keep on continuing what they are doing! i hate to admit it, but: muting them is like making a baby go to sleep. Next thing you know, they join back in. i just wanted a cooperative, and helpful players. humoring players are optional as well. Not some players that're annoying, un-cooperative, and disturbing. i dont want to suffer any more than this!

I´m not sure, but i think i saw a command to send a message to an admin. I´ll look about it.

thanks! BTW, i just realize muting them isnt going to work: only option is banning or kicking them. i muted them, but it only works for mic talk, not for muting the sounds as well. :/
they're still making sounds by using the console.

I had an odd thought: this mod's playerbase is so small that we could feasibly set up a "trouble player watch" system.

Yes.I'm afraid so. I like RocketRunner's idea however it could be a bit complex to work on it.

It doesn't have to be some complex, live-updates thing, just some small datasheet/database that's updated regularly when a trouble player pops up. You know, a "Unified Admin's Player Watch" thing.
