What are these aliens that sticks onto the ceiling?

Everywhere i go sometimes its dark and in a cave i see these fuckin meat eaters that are attached to the ceiling what are they called?
i want to spawn them in single-player mode to make fun of them eating other billions of people in the game.

you can't just do npc_create to spawn them, I think you ahve to noclip into the ceiling and do give npc_

thank u both i think i found that out when it was just sticking on the ground and the new thing is if u do that and spawn a npc on it it will fly like its a cannon lol

another thing how do i get my barnacle npc to show its rope tongue because it doesnt show and it just sucks it quick and eats it..
