I was wondering what is the code to make npcs ignore you, How to make it rain with a code, How to make it night with a code, and last The code to spawn a Human grunt.

The first code would be "notarget" and the hgrunt would be "npc_create npc_hgrunt"

There is no way to make it rain or make it night via the console, that is built into the map you are playing.

tonemap controller settings can make it look fairly dark sometimes.. Or color correction.

But isn't colour correction only available for dx9? At least it doesn't work with dx7...
