Well, I tried to make a citizen version of the model, but with mixed/bad results.
I can look at it in the Model Viewer, citizen animations work great and the weapons attach properly.
But in game, as a prop_dynamic it looks great, but as a npc_citizen, it causes the game to crash during load with a 'read' error.
Shifty said it might be the facial deformations, but I have seen models used as a citizen in GMOD that don't have face animations and they work fine.
